In order to qualify for discounted rental prices at The Almere, applicants must:

Work as a key workers within the local community such as local hospital and public sector workers
Live and or work within the local vicinity of The Almere (within Milton Keynes)
Qualify within income bracket *
income brackets can be advised by on-site team, upon enquiry
