In order to qualify for discounted rental prices at The Almere, at least one applicant must meet one of the following conditions:

Lives in Milton Keynes; or
Works in Milton Keynes; or
Is a key worker.

Affordability measure:

The household income for any sized unit cannot be more than 50x the monthly market rent at the time of move in
